glide setup guide
quick help for setup, fit, feedback, Bluetooth, and everyday use.
-
Turn glide on and place it behind your ear at the lowest volume. Try it first in a quiet setting.
The sound may feel unfamiliar at first. Give yourself and your ears time to adjust gradually. Increase the volume slowly until conversations sound clear and comfortable.
-
Place the bone-conduction speaker gently against the area just in front of your ear, between your ear and temple. Use the included stabilizing band to keep it securely positioned and maintain comfortable contact with your skin.
-
Start at the lowest volume and increase it gradually.
If you hear feedback or whistling, lower the volume and check the fit. Make sure the small microphone opening on the right side of the device is not covered by hair, clothing, or the stabilizing band.
-
glide works without an app, but it can also connect to your phone through Bluetooth.
With glide turned on, press the power button once, then open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select glide from the available devices.
